1. About ItsHandy

ItsHandy ("we", "us", "our") provides automated software tools ("Assistants") that connect to third-party broker APIs to execute trades on your behalf. ItsHandy is not a financial adviser, fund manager, or regulated investment firm. Our tools are software utilities only.

By creating an account and using any ItsHandy Assistant, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of ItsHandy complies with applicable laws.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Your API keys, your funds. You connect your own broker accounts. ItsHandy never holds, custodies, or controls your funds.
• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and broker API keys.
• You must only grant trading permissions to API keys — never withdrawal access.
• You must monitor your trading accounts and can disconnect ItsHandy at any time.

4. No Liability for Trading Losses

ItsHandy accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial losses arising from the use of our Assistants. Trading involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results.

By using ItsHandy, you acknowledge that you are using the service entirely at your own risk and that ItsHandy bears no responsibility for trading outcomes.

5. Performance Fees

Where applicable, ItsHandy charges a 15% performance fee on profits generated in any calendar month. Fees are calculated as follows:

• Opening balance: your broker account balance at the start of the month
• Closing balance: your broker account balance at month end
• If closing > opening: fee = 15% × (closing − opening)
• No fee is charged in months where no profit is made
• Fees are invoiced via Stripe and charged automatically

6. Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds

• Monthly plans renew automatically each month. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the period ends.
• Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. You may cancel within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, no refund is available for the remaining period.
• To cancel, log in to your dashboard and manage your subscription, or email business@itshandy.co.uk.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, broker API outages, or unforeseen issues may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use ItsHandy to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any activity that violates applicable laws or your broker's terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
